Small Cities Rehab Program


STILL ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE SMALL CITIES HOUSING REHABILITATION GRANT PROGRAM

Town of Morris Residents,

The Town of Morris is pleased to announce the Small Cities Housing Rehabilitation Program has helped low and moderate-income homeowners rehabilitate their homes. Upgrades included roof replacement, heating system improvements, window replacement, lead paint and asbestos removal, as well as electrical, plumbing and code upgrades.

The Housing Rehabilitation Program is funded by a Community Development Block Grant from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and administered through the State Department of Economic and Community Development.

The Town is still accepting applications until August 1, 2019.
