The Morris Public Library, in honor of Asian / Pacific American Heritage Month, invites patrons for a virtual workshop on Chinese Calligraphy. Join Jojo Liu for an immersive experience and discover the beauty of strokes, characters, and cultural expression. In this class, Jojo delivers a modern twist to traditional Chinese calligraphy. The presentation strikes a delicate balance between traditional calligraphy arts with a personal flair.

 
About Jojo Liu:
Jojo’s art practice is based in the rich and beautiful tradition of Chinese calligraphy. 
Chinese calligraphy is one of the most traditional art forms in the world and is truly representative of Eastern art and culture. The artist’s grandfather inspired and taught her to practice Chinese calligraphy from a young age, and she continues to have more love for it every day.
